About us

Who we are, what we stand for and what our goals are

I believe that the islam should be accessible for us all, that the books and articles are of best quality but fairly priced. God willing, with the team we will try to make the traditional knowledge of islam available to all.

Alhusayn was created to offer high-quality knowledge and cultural art forms, regardless of origin, religion or status, also for the visually impaired. To achieve this goal, education is provided under the Qur’an Institute al-Husayn and books are published under the publishing house.

We use as a basis the Ahl al-Sunnah w. al-Jama’ah, Ashari, Maturidi, Ahl al-Hadith, namely the faith of our beloved Prophet Muhammad – peace be upon him – and the path of the Companions. We therefore follow and respect the caliphs Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman and Ali. As a law school, the team is mixed and the majority follow the Hanafi law school, but also the Maliki and Shafi’i. All four schools of law are right and on the right path. Regardless of one’s faith, everyone is welcome at al-Husayn, believers or not, from the Ahl al-Sunnah or not. Be welcome and feel free to gain knowledge.

Mission and vision

Alhusayn’s mission is to make available Al-Azhar’s, al-Jamiatul Ashrafia and Jamia Amdjadia’s knowledge and expertise in the Quranic sciences. We wish that young and old, regardless of origin and religion, enrich themselves with the knowledge of Islam, and then pass it on to others. We see it as our duty that lessons should always be free for everyone, and that teaching materials and other materials should be of high quality. However, teaching materials should never cost too much in order to keep knowledge transfer affordable.

We have already given away two thousand books for free and sent many Tajwid books to students for next to nothing. These lessons and teaching materials must also be made available to the visually impaired who have a strong need for Islamic literature in Braille. Training teachers in the Braille script is one of the goals of the foundation.
